WHAT DOES IT FEEL LIKE?
You may feel a gentle warming sensation as the laser works to shrink the fat, this is completely comfortable and pain free.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING MY TREATMENT?
During your treatment you will lay comfortably on the treatment bed. Your clinician will place the pads and straps onto the treatment area for 20-60 minutes.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER MY TREATMENT?
There is no down time so you can return to your daily activities. Most clients experience 1-5cm loss after their first treatment. Incorporate a low calorie diet on the day and after each treatment. 20 minutes of exercise is highly recommended to accelerate the removal of released fat, followed by 1.5-2lts of water per day.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Depending on the area being treated and body type, a course of either 6, 8 or 12 treatments is recommend as a minimum. This will be determined once a body assessment and consultation has been done, as we customise all our treatments to each individual's body type and goals.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE PRE AND POST TREATMENT?
You can return to normal daily activity immediately. Exercise and a low calorie diet is essential afterwards to burn off the released fat as the body is still going through the eliminating process 3 days post treatment.
