REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Zen Body Sculpting, we understand that sometimes your needs may change, and we're happy to accommodate you the best way we can.
Please note: That we do not offer refunds for any treatment or package, including instances where you simply "change your mind". However, we're committed to your satisfaction and offer flexible exchange options. If you'd like to switch to a different service or treat a different area with our range of body sculpting treatments, we're here to help.
Our exchange policy has a 2-year expiry, giving you plenty of time to decide. This means you can exchange your treatment or package within 2 years from the date of purchase.
We'll work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. This policy applies to all purchases, including those made with our interest-free options such as: PayRight, Humm, ZipPay/ZipMoney and AfterPay. Your happiness is important to us, and we're dedicated to delivering exceptional results and service!
SKINCARE PRODUCTS
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please email us at zenbodysculpting@outlook.com.au or contact us directly via the contact form on our website.
11. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICY (PRODUCTS)
11.1 Please note that once we have accepted your Order and you have received the Product, you cannot return the Product and seek a refund or exchange because you have done one or more of the following:
a.) Got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it;b.) misused the Product in any way that caused the problem;c.) knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the Product; ord.) asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what you wanted.
11.2 However, subject to clause 11.3 and unless otherwise prescribed by the Australian Consumer Law, we will accept returns and provide you with a refund if you are able to provide us with Proof of Purchase, and proof that the Product:
a.) has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it;b.) is significantly different from the sample or description;c.) is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time;d.) doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; ore.) is unsafe.
11.3 We endeavour to depict Products available for Order using accurate images of the Products. At times, however, Products actually delivered may differ in appearance and packaging from their appearance in images and photographs on Sites. In this instance, and unless the depiction is substantially different from the actual Product in accordance with clause 11.2(b), you will not be entitled to a refund.
11.4 If a Product arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we will arrange for the damaged Product to be returned to us.
11.5 If you are entitled to a refund under these Terms, refunds can only be made to the credit/debit/charge card that was used for the original purchase, unless it has expired in which case we will contact you.
PAYMENT METHOD
Zen Body Sculpting accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, ZipPay (Website Only) and AfterPay. If you do choose to pay through Afterpay you will be redirected at check out to the AfterPay website to process your payment. We accept cash & card payments only, no cheques or rain checks.
Pricing may change and vary without notice. Please contact us to confirm price of treatment prior to your appointment if required. Package and payment plans may be available.
All purchase transactions and shipping costs will be calculated and processed in Australian Dollars.
CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices listed on our site are charged to your credit card in Australian dollars (AUD). The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
For any refunds/exchanges please contact us at zenbodysculpting@outlook.com.au. For all other items you may exchange within 7 days from date of purchase and within 15 days for international orders. Customers will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges. Items not received within this time frame will not be accepted.
Zen Body Sculpting must receive the product in the original packaging and in the exact condition it was sent out in. Items must not have been used.
REFUNDS
All faulty items will be fully inspected before a refund can be issued. The product must be sent within 3 business days of making a claim for faulty goods.
If you are issued a refund it we will credited back onto credit the card that you placed the order with via Secure Pay. Once the refund has been issued it can take 3-7 business days to clear in your account.

We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us through the Contact Page on this website or via our email zenbodysculpting@outlook.com.au.
When we collect Personal Information we will, where appropriate and where possible, explain to you why we are collecting the information and how we plan to use it.

However, most of the Personal Information is or will be stored in client files which will be kept by us for a minimum of 7 years.
Access to your Personal Information:You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or correct it, subject to certain exceptions. If you wish to access your Personal Information, please contact us in writing. Zen Body Sculpting will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.
Maintaining the Quality of your Personal Information:It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
