HOW DOES IT WORK?
As we age, the collagen in our skin weakens and elastin starts to break down, causing the skin to become more lax. HIFU 10D ULTRA uses focused ultrasound energy that is delivered non-invasively and heats deep tissue without affecting the surface of the skin. This causes a natural, regeneration response. Unlike other types of ultrasound, there will be a sensation of heat.
WHAT ARE THE SIDE EFFECTS?
You may actually return to normal activities immediately. Any flushing or redness should resolve within a few hours. Face my feel a bit tender, but not painful.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?
Each client is different and individualised. Depending on skin laxity, volume, skin quality, age, health and lifestyle, some clients may benefit with several treatments.
WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE PRE AND POST TREATMENT?
We recommend wearing a daily sunscreen prior to your treatment to protect your skin from the sunโs harmful rays and to avoid stimulation of melanocytes pre treatment. We avise keeping the area to be treated out of the sun both pre and post treatment for at least 4 weeks.
Please do not use any prescription Vitamin A for 1 week prior to your treatment and no harsh acids or scrubs for at least 5 days post treatment.
Your clinician will guide you on a recommended skin care program for your skin concerns.
We always recommend the daily use of SPF 30 sunscreen to prevent the skin becoming sun damaged. Please apply at least once every two hours when out in the sun to prevent post-inflammatory hyper pigmentation.
