Updated Booking & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us for your body sculpting journey. To ensure every client receives dedicated, unrushed care, we’ve updated our booking policies.

✨Booking & Deposits

To secure your treatment/time slot, an upfront, non-refundable $35 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your treatment total on the day.

We value your time, just as we know you value ours. This deposit helps us reserve your exclusive appointment time and prepare everything in advance so your session runs smoothly.

If you’re not sure what treatment is right for you, please book under Free Body Assessment/Consultation if it is for body treatment or Free Facial Assessment/Consultation if it is for face treatment. 

✨Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $35 fee. As many of our treatments are 90 minutes, a last-minute change means we’re unable to offer that time to another client.

We completely understand that life happens. If you need to make changes, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

✨Arrivals & Late Policy

To keep the day running on time for all clients, we offer a 10-15 minute grace period from your appointment time. 

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your treatment will be shortened to fit within your booked time, or we may need to reschedule your appointment to another day. This ensures we can still give every client the full care and results they deserve.

If your clinician is running behind, the above policy does not apply for that appointment. Any time missed will be made up on another appointment.

Each appointment involves 1 on 1 time, preparation, and equipment set-up just for you. This policy helps us value your time and ours, and keep the clinic running on schedule so every client gets the best experience and results.
